FAKE is a classic yaoi romance / action / adventure centering around two New York detectives named Ryo Maclean and Dee Laytner. It is aimed at more mature individuals, particularly for a few "citrusy" moments found throughout the story. A classic ... Who could blame anyone for that label? This manga / anime is fabulous!

Ryo MaClean is isn't a new cop, but he is new to this division. He has been partnered with Dee Laytner, a loud-mouthed and somewhat lazy die-hard romantic who tends to do more flirting than work. When Ryo begins to develop feelings for his partner, he tries to deny them, but all Dee does is drag them out of him! Join in with these two -- and at times disfunctional -- detectives as the unravel crimes and mysteries of the city and each other!
