Bleach

Bleach is a a comedy filled action / adventure suited for just about all ages, perhaps aimed towards teens. Packed with comedy and action, Bleach has taken a seat on the anime celebrity ladder.

Ichigo "Strawberry" Kurosaki has lived a mostly normal life as a high school boy with unnaturally natural orange hair (hence the nickname). His world turns completely upside down after he meets Rukia Kuchiki, a Soul Reaper from the spirit world who's job is to defeat wandering souls unwilling or unable to cross into the spirit world. The source of her power is a long sword called a "Zanpaku-To".

It's not just Ichigo who's surprised by this sudden grant of power. Many people of the Soul Society are displeased with Ichigo's newfound power and the loss of Rukia's. Ichigo vows to use his power to protect the human world from evil spirits known as Hollows. But for now, he's relying on luck alone to win his battles. Will he ever learn how to truly control his spiritual energy?
